He studied in the beginning
with the Franciscans then he studied theology to Innsbruck (Austria). He
taught Latin, Greek language in the college Illyricum in Shkodër. He
served in the parish of Toplane, Polcit Shale, Bushkashit, Planit and
Rubik.
He was arrested in Rubik on
the ………………….
He was imprisoned in Shkodër on the 22 October 1946.
He died in the prison of
Shkodër (before he was sentenced) on the 02 December 1946.
In reality he suffered from a
heart disease .
Other information: He was a
musician and talented pianist.
He was accused of being an
“agent and co-worker of the people abroad”. That is he was a Fascist
co-worker, because he fought against communism which he called the “anti
Christ against Christ’.
For him it was an honour to
be arrested by this “anti Christ”.
The Judge of the region of
West Kopali, who questioned him while presenting the photo of Enver
Hoxha shouted at him saying “Say that this is your god!” He firmly
replied: “No, until death! He is your boss, my God is in heaven!”.
In prison the tortured him in
an inhuman way. They tied him to a tree and tortured him many times with
metal rods. They tied him with rusty wire for many days until the wire
entered his flesh. He died from tetanus because of poison from the
rusted wire.
