He studied theology at Innsbruck (Austria).
He did pastoral service in Malsi e Madhe (Shkodër).
Parish Priest of Reç, Shkrel and Bogë.
He was arrested in Boge and
imprisoned in Koplik on the 27 July 1948 (1947?).
He died before being
sentenced in Koplik. They threw him alive into the black pit of the
lavatory in prison, pushing him down with a fork, together with Father
Lekën. In the same way they killed Father Pjeter Çunin and left them
there. It was December 1948.
Other information: He was
very devoted and full of zeal. He published and wrote poetry. And was a
man of great faith.
After Mass, in the presence
of the faithful of Boge, before they arrested him the police men where
hitting him on the chest. Father Lekë said: For Christ I am ready to
die”. He was cruelly and in an inhuman way tortured.
He died together with Father
Pjeter Çuni.
