Rome in the College of Propaganda Fide by Cardinal Pietro Fumasoni
Biondi on the 19 March 1944.
Specialization: Licence in
theology in 1944 Parish Priest of Sheldi (1946).
He was imprisoned in Përmet
(South Albania) on the 10 March 1947 while he was fulfilling his
military Service.
He was shot and killed in
Përmet on the 28 March 1947 (It was Easter Sunday). Because he studied
in Rome the Communists Considered him a Vatican Spy.
