He was ordained a priest in
the Cathedral of Shkodër on the
08 December 1961.
He studied in the elementary
school in Dajç of Bregut Bunës, then the parish priest Fr. Pjeter Gruda
prepared him for priestly ordination. He was ordained priest by Mons.
Ernest Çoba, Parish priest in Stajkë. He was imprisoned in Shkodër on
the November 1968.
He was shot and killed in
April 1969.
Other information: After they
closed the church in 1967 he secretly fulfilled his priestly ministry in
the Cities and Villages. In 1968 since they were living near the border
Montenegro (Yugoslavia). His whole family, about 17 in number, one
stormy night with the boat crossed over to Montenegro there they went to
the Yugoslav police who kept them there for same days then sent them
back to Albania, where they were brutally tortured. With his family was
Fr. Marin.
