He studied for the first four
years in Iballe – Pukë.
He was a farmer and merchant
because he had a shop.
He was arrested in Pukë.
He was imprisoned in Shkodër
on the 25 December.1945 and they sent him to Tirana. He was sentenced to
death on the 22 February 1946. He was shot and killed in Tirana in
September of 1946.
Other information: He was
left on orphan when he was 8 years old because his father was shot and
killed with one bullet. His relative (Kolë Bib Miraka) looked after him.
He married Prenda Alia and
had three girls: Dilën, Filen and Agen.
Even though he was leaving
his wife and his three daughters and his sister at home he did not ask
them to spare his life, but he remained firm in his faith and his
convictions.
He was a great benefactor
towards the poor.
He contradicted the communist
regime from the beginning because they were against faith. He
participated illegally in the Association of the “Albanian union”,
founded by the seminarian Mark Çuni.
When a friend of his age Ndue
Lleshi sent him word saying “don’t get involved in politics, he said to
him: “ I haven’t entangled my self in politics, but I am doing all I can
only for the Faith and Christ”.
In the name of Christ who had
changed his life, he fought and died while being inhumanely tortured.
